Home Sweet Home is a beautiful set of four stamp images perfect for the chalkboard stamping technique, which is all the rage lately.

When I first saw it, I knew it was my chance to try this very interesting stamping method.

Using a recipe from the Make It From Your Heart how to booklet and the new Later Sk8r My Reflections paper packet, was the beginning to the card.

A black piece of cardstock and the White Daisy pigment ink was the perfect medium for a faux chalkboard and chalk. By gently swiping with a sponge and a little White Daisy ink, I created the look of eraser marks. It is best to go slow and careful, so as not to smudge too much of the stamping.

There are a ton of options to creating the chalkboard look -- Pinterest or a web search will net you a ton of video tutorials.
